SHIPPING:

Items are generally shipped within 3 to 8 Business days depending on size of order. Backorders are shipped as soon as products become available. Customers will be notified prior to shipping backorder if excessive delays are experienced.

  • United States of America (except Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Canada (except North West Territories and Yukon)

CLAIMS:

ALL CLAIMS for DAMAGES, SHORTAGES, OR REPAIRS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS. All merchandise is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. In all cases, retain all packing materials, and call our customer service line at telephone : 1-888-334-8001, ext 231.

 

RETURNS:

No returns will be accepted without first obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from DSD International Inc. by calling customer service department at 1-888-334-8001 ext.231 Under no circumstances will merchandise be accepted for return after thirty days of invoice date. Please check your order expeditiously and thoroughly upon receipt. Returned merchandise must be prepaid by sender and is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

No returns accepted on softwares and Plastic supplies.
